What Happens Next

24 Hours — Acknowledgment

You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours (often same-day during CET business hours). We'll confirm we received your specs and let you know if any information is missing.

2–3 Business Days — Quote & Feasibility

You'll receive a detailed quote including unit pricing, tooling costs (if applicable), estimated lead time, and coating recommendations. If we see any issues with your specs — for example, a coating that isn't suitable for your use case — we'll flag them here.

1–2 Weeks — Pre-Production Samples

After quote approval and deposit, we'll produce pre-production samples of your pattern with the selected coating. Samples ship with dimensional inspection reports. You can test them in the water before committing to full production.

4–8 Weeks — Production & Shipment

Production begins after sample approval. You'll receive QC documentation with the shipment: tensile test, salt spray report, dimensional inspection, and REACH compliance cert.

Do I need to send a physical sample?
It helps but it's not required. You can send photos with a ruler for scale, technical drawings, or even a reference to a competitor's model number. If you do send a physical sample, we can measure it precisely and reduce sample iterations from 2–3 rounds to 1.
Can you match an existing hook I'm buying elsewhere?
Yes — this is one of our most common OEM requests. Send us a sample or detailed photos and we'll reverse-engineer the pattern. We'll quote based on your coating and quantity requirements. We don't copy patented designs; we identify the pattern type and match the geometry.
What if I don't know which coating I need?
Tell us the target fish species, water type (freshwater or saltwater), and your market segment (budget, mid-range, or premium). We'll recommend a coating with specific salt spray hours and REACH compliance documentation.
Can I get a sample before placing a production order?
Yes. Pre-production samples are standard for all OEM orders. We produce 20–50 pieces of your pattern with the selected coating. Samples ship with dimensional inspection data. Lead time: 1–2 weeks after deposit.
