European tackle brands and distributors need a hook supplier who can deliver advanced coating technology — HI-TECH Chemical Coated, multi-layer fluoropolymer — at order quantities that work for small and mid-sized brands. Most factories either require 50,000+ piece orders per pattern, or offer only basic nickel/tin coatings without documented salt spray performance.
Our Response
We built a production line that runs small-batch OEM orders — MOQ from 500 pieces per pattern — while maintaining the same coating technologies and QC standards as high-volume factories. Our HI-TECH Chemical Coated process achieves 500h+ under ASTM B117 salt spray testing, and every batch is tested before shipping. Pre-production samples let you verify quality before committing to a full run.
The Transparency Gap
Buyers often cannot verify whether a coating will actually survive saltwater. They receive marketing claims without test data. When hooks rust before the customer expects them to, returns come back — and the brand takes the reputation hit, not the factory.
How We Address It
Every production order ships with: REACH compliance certification, batch tensile strength test report, salt spray test report per ASTM B117, dimensional inspection report (sampled per batch), packing list, and commercial invoice. We publish our salt spray timelines and failure modes — no hiding behind marketing language. If a coating has limitations, we say so directly.

Three Principles
Test Before Shipping
Every batch is salt-spray tested and tensile tested before leaving the factory. Published specs are verified — not aspirational. If a batch doesn't meet the spec, it doesn't ship.
Say No When Needed
If a requested coating isn't suitable for the intended application, we say so. We'd rather lose a sale than ship hooks that will fail in the water. European buyers value directness.
Document Everything
Every order ships with compliance documentation — REACH cert, batch tensile report, salt spray report, dimensional inspection, packing list. No chasing us for paperwork.
